We're hiring a skilled Mechanic to rebuild, repair, and bring custom machinery back to life. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with your hands, and taking pride in seeing finished results—this is the job for you. 💼 What You'll Do Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery to identify root causes of issues Perform full tear-downs and rebuilds on packaging and custom equipment Restore machines to improve performance, safety, and reliability Assemble complex systems (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical) Use a wide range of hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and measurements Support custom machine builds in a fast-paced job shop environment Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime Work alongside skilled team members, including welders/fabricators ✅ What You Bring 2+ years of hands-on mechanical experience (maintenance, automotive, machine building, or similar) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfort working with tools, equipment, and mechanical systems Ability to read tape measures and interpret basic prints/schematics Experience with mechanical repair, assembly, and maintenance Exposure to hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical systems is a plus Ability to work independently and adapt to custom projects Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day ⭐ Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Job shop or equipment rebuild experience Welding or fabrication skills Electrical wiring or machine assembly experience Trade school training or technical certifications 🚀 Why You'll Love Working Here 1st Shift Schedule
