Position Summary:

Initiate automotive services and repairs by assessing vehicle performance problems and services requested; verify warranty and service contract coverage options; develop estimates and write repair orders; establish and maintain customer rapport and records. Requirements:

Service Advisor / Service Writer experience Valid driver's license Ability to communicate technical information in a non-technical terms to client. Stable work history Tekion familiarity is a plus
