Job Description

Auto dealership in Des Plaines looking to hire a Mechanic . If you're comfortable working on both imported and domestic vehicles and can handle diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance, this position is for you.

You will:

Perform diagnostics and repairs, Handle engine, suspension, brake, and electrical work, Complete routine maintenance (oil changes, fluids, filters, etc.), Inspect vehicles and identify issues, Work on a variety of makes and models (imported and domestic), Keep work area clean and organized. Who we're looking for: Proven experience with engine and transmission rebuilds, Experience with OEM diagnostic platforms (ISTA / ODIS / similar) Ability to work independently without supervision, Experience with European vehicles will be an advantage (BMW / Audi / Mercedes)

Mon-Fri:

9:30 AM•6:00 PM Sat (optional): 10:00 AM•3:00 PM Sunday closed

Pay:

$25•35 per hour (based on experience/skills)
