8:30AM•5PM | Monday-Friday Raise Opportunity in as little as 3-6 months upon Performance We are looking for a dependable, motivated person who wants to learn residential renovation, apartment repairs, and property services while building a long-term career. No previous experience, degree, or certification is required . New employees begin by working with our renovation team, where they receive hands-on training and learn practical repair skills. As their abilities grow, they will also complete service requests and take on more independent responsibilities. Requirements Consistent attendance and punctuality Quick learner with a strong willingness to improve Comfortable using a smartphone and online training resources Able to lift, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical work Valid driver's license and transportation Pay and Benefits $18•25 per hour starting pay Raises based on performance, not seniority Up to 50% employee housing discount Paid time off and holiday pay Flexible scheduling when possible Selected applicants will complete a short 12-question aptitude assessment covering basic math, reasoning, prioritization, and problem-solving.
