This position needs to be filled right away and won't last! This candidate must have an outgoing personality and be motivated by money and the opportunity for advancement. Experience in writing service tickets at a New Car Dealer or Automotive Service Facility is
REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:
Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications, using maintenance menus. Greet customer in a timely, friendly manner, let customers who are waiting in line know that they will be helped soon. Schedule service appointments. Communicate with service customers to determine the nature of the mechanical problem. Obtain customer and vehicle data. If additional work is needed, explain the details to the customer, including the additional cost and time consideration. Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and return phone messages promptly. Follow-up progress of each repair order during the day. Be responsible for quality control to ensure that work is completed as requested and to reduce comebacks. Interpret warranty information and policies to customers. Identify ROs that require special handling such as rush, customer waiting, special problem. Be up-to-date on technical and performance information. Keep Service & Parts Director informed of all problems and potential problems involving repairs, customers, & equipment. Refer leads and prospects for vehicle sales to the Sales Department.
Job Requirements:
Service Advisor experience. High School Diploma or higher, automotive training a plus. CDK experience a plus. Stable career with previous employers. Valid driver's license.
