Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with experience in diagnosing and resolving vehicle issues. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Very Competitive Compensation Plan. We have a couple options for skilled technicians; 120% of book time; union rates AND 25%+ of customer door rate. Flexible schedule (should you want to continue your side work), or a normal 40+ hour schedule. We want a "long term fit" and are willing to pay top dollar. Rate is based upon skill level and experience! We are open on experience but the ideal candidate can work on all makes and models and get a lot of work done. We have a lot of customer and internal jobs so

have work. Should we get slow; we also have an hourly option or BIG Guarantees. Must want to book lots of hours! Volume Bonus as well. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles Conduct thorough automotive diagnostics to identify issues with mechanical systems, electrical systems, transmissions, and powertrains. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to assist in troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's condition and recommended services. Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow within the shop. Skills Dealership experience is preferred for familiarity with specific brands and models. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Ability to perform automotive diagnostics using modern diagnostic equipment. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, including troubleshooting techniques. Experience with auto estimating for accurate service quotes. Previous service technician experience is highly valued, particularly in fast-paced environments.
