Job Responsibilities:
Assisting the team in all aspects of the store Meet & Greet Customers Assisting customers in finding the right vehicle Assisting customers during the test drives Turning the customers over to the Lead/Closer to complete the sale Move cars on the lot if needed Make sales appointment calls to get customers into the store Make calls for customer referrals and follow-ups to recent customers Ideal Customer Service Representative Candidates:
ANY Prior Customer Service or Sales Experience is Preferred! (Customer Service, Restaurant Servers, Bartenders, Wireless/Cell Phone Sales, Retail Sales, Internet Sales or BDC, Rent-to-Own Sales, etc) Bilingual Spanish & English is a PLUS, but not required Strong Customer Service Skills Strong people skills; friendly, ability to build rapport, great attitude! Must be willing to make phone calls and WORK THE PHONES
(calls to past customers, follow-ups with recent customers and to seek referrals, etc) Able to work independently and with a team Strong Communication Skills GREAT Closing Skills for getting the appointment in the door!
