In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing the intricate systems of our cutting-edge racing vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that each car performs at its peak during intense competition, contributing directly to our team's success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced automotive technology in a fast-paced, adrenaline-fueled environment. Your hands-on skills and passion for racing will drive us forward as we push the boundaries of speed and precision. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of all vehicle components, including engines, suspensions, brakes, and aerodynamics to identify issues and areas for improvement. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire replacements, and fluid checks to keep vehicles race-ready. Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using specialized tools and software, then execute effective repairs promptly. Assemble, modify, and fine-tune vehicle parts to optimize performance based on track conditions and driver feedback. Collaborate closely with engineers and team members to develop innovative solutions for vehicle enhancements. Maintain detailed records of all repairs, modifications, and inspections for compliance and performance tracking. Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and racing regulations at all times. Skills Extensive knowledge of Formula car, Ligier JS F3 Proven experience with engine diagnostics, suspension tuning, brake systems, and aerodynamics adjustments. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive software. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across disciplines. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
