Competitive Pay:
Earn up to $38/hr based on experience $1,500SIGN-ON BONUS Work-Life Balance:
Sunday- Wednesday OR Wednesday
- Saturday, 6:00am-4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 6am-4:30pm Wednesday
- Saturday, 4pm-2:30 with $3/hr shift differential 3 weeks (120 hours) of PTO from day

Paid weekly for your convenience $1,200 annual tool allowance $200 annual boot allowance $1,200 annual CDL A or B stipend Uniforms with laundry service included Individual tablet issued for easy repair order access and part changing Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and more! 401(k) with company match Self-promote through OEM education and internal skill assessment ____________________________________________________________________________________ What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair trailer and Class 8 equipment issues Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs Identify and properly classify repairs, including: Preventative maintenance Component failure Brake components Dolly legs Panel and other related repairs (radius, nose, etc) Doors and related hardware Record parts, materials, and repairs details using company systems Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred 2+ years of fleet maintenance experience Experience of diagnosing and repairing Class 8 equipment Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Familiarity with diagnostic software and computer-based repair tools Not required! Training will be provided as needed Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks Ready to take your career to the next level?
