- As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring automotive maintenance and repair services, ensuring their satisfaction and building lasting relationships
- Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing guidance and recommendations based on vehicle inspections, manufacturer recommendations, vehicle history and previous recommendations
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate repair orders with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicles and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Review service estimates with customers, explaining recommended repairs and associated costs and obtain approval for work to be performed
- Process payments for services rendered
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service transactions, and vehicle service histories using our shop management system
