Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as an Oil Change Technician, where your expertise keeps vehicles running smoothly and customers happy! In this energetic role, you will perform essential oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance, ensuring every car receives top-quality care. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will contribute to the safety, performance, and longevity of our customers' vehicles. Responsibilities Perform oil changes efficiently and accurately on a variety of standard passenger cars using appropriate hand tools and power tools. Conduct automotive fluid replacements, including oil, coolant, transmission fluid, and other essential liquids. Assist with minor mechanical repairs such as tire service, brake inspections, and basic vehicle diagnostics. Support vehicle maintenance tasks like wheel alignments and tire rotations to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Use automotive repair skills to identify issues requiring further inspection or repair and communicate findings clearly. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards during heavy lifting and mechanical procedures. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate. Requirements Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred. Hands-on mechanic experience with standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive diagnostics. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, including fluid replacement, tire service, and minor repairs. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive maintenance equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle servicing tasks. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their vehicle needs. Knowledge of automotive repair procedures such as alignment, oil change, tire service, and basic mechanical repairs. Valid experience in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repair is a plus.
