WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This is NOT an entry-level position. We're seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with 5+ years of proven success who can:

• Build trust quickly
• Control customer conversations
• Present inspections with confidence
• Protect gross profit
• Communicate effectively with Master Technicians
• Stay organized under pressure
• Execute process without constant supervision

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

This is a high-performance position.

Minimum Expectations:

• $40,000+ weekly sales
• Strong gross profit performance
• Margin-focused selling
• Consistent ARO growth
• Process-driven execution
• High customer satisfaction If you're not currently producing at this level—or capable of it—this position is likely not the right fit.

YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll support highly skilled Master Technicians who:

• Diagnose accurately
• Produce strong hours
• Expect clear communication
• Deliver quality repairs Your role is to convert technical findings into confident recommendations customers understand and approve.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Monday starts with a focused team meeting. Real numbers. Clear expectations. Full accountability.

COMPENSATION

$54,388 - $104,000+ Per Year Performance-driven compensation for performance-driven professionals. If you can consistently produce $40,000+ weekly while protecting margin, you'll earn at the top of the pay scale.
