Schedule:

Full-Time; Monday-Saturday. (Sundays & Weekday off)

Pay:

$100,000+ annually - Commission positionExperience required - CDJR experience is preferred, but we welcome advisors with strong performance backgrounds from any manufacturer.

Job ResponsibilitiesGreet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service driveObtain customer and vehicle informationListen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needsDetermine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle.

Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.

Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs and address any questions or concerns they may haveComfortably and clearly explain all completed work and charges to the customerCoordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of service ordersCollaborate closely with service technicians, parts department, and other dealership personnel to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
