This role is designed for a master-level professional who excels in complex diagnostics, advanced repairs, and serving as a mentor to fellow technicians. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, and diesel systems Troubleshoot and resolve both mechanical and electronic issues accurately Deliver efficient, high-quality repairs while maintaining strict safety standards Partner with Service Advisors to provide precise estimates and clear repair explanations Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment Stay updated on the latest automotive technology, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques Support training and mentorship of junior and mid-level technicians Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience (ASE Master Certification preferred) Expertise in diagnostics with in-depth knowledge of engines, drivetrains, electrical, and diesel systems Proven ability to perform complex repairs independently and accurately Experience using modern diagnostic software and repair equipment Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction Why Join Us Bring your expertise to a shop that values your skill, invests in your growth, and gives you the opportunity to excel at what you do best.
