Service Advisor - Roanoke Motors | Roanoke, IL At Roanoke Motors, we believe our Service Department is the heart of our dealership. We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Advisor who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build long-term relationships with customers. What You'll Do Greet customers promptly with a friendly, professional attitude. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues. Schedule service appointments and write repair orders. Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs. Communicate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently. Keep customers updated throughout the repair process. Review completed repairs with customers and explain invoices. Help customers prioritize needed maintenance without pressure. Build trust that creates repeat business and referrals. Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores. Work closely with the sales, parts, and service teams to provide an outstanding dealership experience. What We're Looking For Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Positive attitude and team-first mentality. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
