Tire Technician Position Summary The Tire & Wheel / Alignment Technician (Service Specialist) is responsible for overseeing all activity within our service shop. They ensure shop safety guidelines are followed, paperwork is completed and maintaining shop inventory, product, tools and equipment. Service Specialists are generally offered as a position offering a family atmosphere, great pay ($16 per hour PLUS Shop Commission ($2-$11 per vehicle) ) as well as future growth potential. Responsibilities:

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK EVERY MONDAY AND

SATURDAY, excluding holidays Must be fluent in English Ability to mount, balance & install tires & wheels Use of tire and balancing machines Front end steering and suspension repair Alignments Meeting shop targets/goals Strong verbal communication skills Positive attitude

Additionally:

Overseeing all activity in the installation shop Place product and supply orders Check-in delivered merchandise Label merchandise with item numbers Organize delivered merchandise Handle "Return to Vendor" merchandise when necessary Identify and properly tag all returned products Clean and maintain returned products Maintain an organized inventory system Control parts spending Must be able to lift and organize heavy product
