Role:
This position exists to provide routine and project maintenance to increase the lifespan and reliability of Mid-States' production trailers.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, evaluate and make minor repairs to yard trailers (Non-DOT) including: Replace decking, cross-bracing, gladhands, 5th wheel repair Maintain record of trailer inventory log including defects, repair needs and completed repairs. Ability to work outdoors year round Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. Comfortable standing, lifting, kneeling, and operating on narrow surfaces up to 10 hours a day. What "ROCKS" about Mid-States Concrete Industries? 100% company-paid
