- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to customers
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete automotive maintenance tasks
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
Skills:
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is preferred
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, including oil changes and filter replacements is preferred
- Strong customer service skills to provide assistance and address customer concerns
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
