Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair recommendations clearly, utilizing estimating software and auto service management tools Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, shocks & struts, transmissions, air brakes, and collision repairs Write detailed service orders and communicate repair estimates accurately to customers Coordinate with technicians and dispatcher to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Maintain ongoing client communication to update on vehicle status and clarify any questions or concerns Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar auto service management role within a dealership or repair shop Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Knowledge of automotive repair specialties including transmissions, oil changes, alignment, suspension, tire service, shocks & struts, brake repair, collision repair, and more Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining integrity and customer trust Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving various vehicles during inspections or test drives This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to combine their passion for automobiles with outstanding client communication skills.
