Perform meticulous bodywork, including dent repair, panel replacement, and structural restoration Conduct thorough damage assessments and determine the most effective repair strategies Utilize advanced repair techniques, materials, and equipment to ensure factory-quality finishes Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other technicians to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of repairs Maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and quality control measures Proven experience in automotive body repair (minimum 2-5 years preferred) Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to superior craftsmanship Proficiency in structural repairs, metal finishing, and refinishing techniques Ability to interpret repair estimates and technical documentation I-CAR or ASE certifications (preferred but not required) Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Elevate your career with us, where expertise meets excellence.Benefits
