Job Description
Eyre Heavy Duty Fleet Services is seeking an experienced RV Technician to join our team as we continue to grow at our beautiful location in Glenelg, MD. We are a family-owned repair shop who has been in business for nearly years! We are open Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Top pay ($40.00-$50.00/hour) and benefits offered! Relocation assistance provided for out of state candidates This role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of motorhomes (Class A, B and C) Qualifications Minimum 2-5 years of RV technician experience House experience - plumbing, electrical, slide outs, awnings, carpentry Engine repair experience is desired but not required Manufacturer certifications a plus Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship is a must Excellent time management skills Customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have your own tools (Shop has specialty tools) Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage based on experience with overtime available Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and certification opportunities Advancement opportunities
