At Great Lakes Honda of Fishers, we are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team! As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in ensuring they receive top-quality service for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a professional and friendly manner. Listen to customers' concerns and advise them on the best possible solutions. Schedule service appointments and provide accurate timeframes for completion. Prepare and maintain customer service orders, ensuring all required details are recorded. Collaborate with technicians to ensure that work is performed efficiently and meets the customers' expectations. Provide customers with cost estimates, explain repair and maintenance procedures, and answer any questions they may have. Follow up with customers regarding their service and keep them informed on progress. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service or automotive service advising. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring customer satisfaction. Clean and valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in an automotive service environment. Knowledge of service software and scheduling tools.
