Automotive Service front desk

Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive service team as a Front Desk Advisor, where you'll be the welcoming face and vital communication hub for our dealership's service department. You'll coordinate vehicle drop-offs, schedule appointments, and facilitate seamless interactions between customers, technicians, and management. Duties Greet customers warmly upon arrival and accurately gather vehicle information to facilitate service appointments Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments to optimize shop flow and customer satisfaction Communicate clearly with technicians regarding vehicle issues, repair status, and estimated completion times Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records with integrity Maintain detailed service writing documentation, including repair orders and estimates, ensuring clarity for technicians and customers Requirements Proven dealership experience or background in auto service management is preferred Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience is a plus to better understand vehicle issues and communicate effectively with technicians Cash handling experience combined with strong organizational skills to manage appointments and financial transactions efficiently Sales aptitude with a proactive approach to promoting additional services that benefit both the customer and the dealership This role is an excellent fit for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.
