In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional automotive service to our valued customers, supporting their mobility needs with professionalism and efficiency. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on various vehicle systems using advanced automotive electrical and mechanical tools. Repair and replace engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and other mechanical components to restore vehicle functionality. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex issues in engines, powertrains, and automotive electrical systems. Repair auto body components as needed, including welding and other mechanical repairs. Maintain detailed service records, complete estimates for repairs, and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's condition and recommended services. Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair industry experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems repair. Expertise in engine repair, powertrain maintenance, transmission repair, and suspension system servicing. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive electrical systems. Ability to read schematics accurately and interpret technical manuals for complex repairs. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
