Key Responsibilities:
Expert Diagnostic and Repair:
Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive concerns, from engine and transmission problems to electrical and HVAC systems.
Mentorship and Leadership:
Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced technicians, fostering a supportive and educational shop environment. Adherence to
Safety and Standards:
Perform all work with a commitment to safety and adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
Continuous Learning:
Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and certification.
Qualifications:
Extensive hands-on experience in automotive repair, with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues. Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and software. Comprehensive knowledge of various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to service advisors and collaborate with team members. Leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring and developing other technicians. ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent preferred.
