About the Shop This shop has served the Terre Haute community for more than 35 years and recently moved into a brand new, fully equipped facility designed for modern automotive repair. With dealer-level diagnostic equipment, ADAS capability, and EV service technology, our team handles everything from routine maintenance to major engine and transmission repairs. What You'll Do Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs Work on all makes and models, including EVs Handle maintenance, drivability, engine, and transmission repairs Use digital vehicle inspections (DVI) Maintain strong billed hours and productivity Collaborate with other technicians and apprentices What We're Looking For A-Level or strong A/B-Level technician experience 5+ years of recent automotive repair experience 3-5+ years of diagnostic experience ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain) Proven productivity and billed hours Strong communication and positive attitude Team-player mindset Benefits Health insurance (NAPA AutoCare Gold after 6 months) Simple IRA with 3% company match 21 days PTO including vacation, holidays, and personal time Paid uniforms Aflac coverage Ongoing training and certification support Weekly team lunches Bottom Line If you're an experienced technician who wants consistent hours, serious earning potential, modern equipment, and a shop that respects your time and skill — apply today.
