We are offering a $2,000.00 Sign on Bonus Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Equipment Service Technician to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality service and repair for commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring that all appliances function efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, electrical skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Duties Perform field service and repair on various kitchen equipment, including refrigeration units, ovens, and dishwashers. Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify problems accurately. Operate a box truck for the delivery and transportation of equipment as needed. Collaborate with clients to schedule service appointments and communicate repair processes. Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with repairs. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in kitchen equipment technology. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician in the field of kitchen equipment or appliance repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems. Familiarity with refrigeration systems and their maintenance. Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective problem-solving. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is a plus. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple service calls efficiently.
