This position is ideal for someone who is motivated, organized, and experienced in automotive service advising. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs. Prepare estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs. Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Schedule appointments and manage repair orders from start to finish. Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction. Help maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores. Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and communication. What We're Looking For Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment. Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
