Job Description

Thor Motor Coach, the leading manufacturing motorhome manufacturer in North America, is seeking a Retail Customer Service Rep for our Wakarusa location. This position specializes in handling elevated retail owner situations and is the first interaction with our company when trying to obtain assistance with service issues.
Responsibilities:
Respond to phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of communication from retail customers with regards to troubleshooting and repair assistance Document all correspondence with customers and/ or dealers regarding warranty and/or technical issues Guide the customer thru technical troubleshooting processes for issues they are experiencing Offer advice and suggestions for repairs. Contact dealer when necessary for repair status Recognize, follow up with and when needed, facilitate repairs for Early Alert customers Co-ordinate with Dealers Group with regards to frequent repairs and issues being experienced by customers in the field. Work with dealer rep when necessary to contact the dealer regarding repair procedures and warranty approval
Requirements:
2 years Customer Service and/or RV repair and troubleshooting experience Basic computer skills Good phone etiquette Ability to problem solve Pre-employment drug screen required.
