The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done. Flexible Work Schedule Responsibilities:

Perform a broad range of vehicle repairs, including brakes, suspension, HVAC systems, and basic drivability concerns. Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with guidance from senior technicians. Work with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure timely completion of repairs. Complete routine maintenance services, including fluid changes, alignments, and filter replacements. Document repair work accurately on the Repair Order. Continue ongoing training to advance technical skills and achieve Ford STST certifications.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of automotive service technician experience. ASE certifications or Ford Certification preferred. Proficiency in brakes, suspension, HVAC, and drivability diagnostics. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Valid U.S. driver's license with a safe driving record. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
