Job Description
The OEM certified technician is responsible for performing high quality maintenance, diagnostic and repair services on products following OEM standards and specifications. This role requires advanced technical knowledge, hands on skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on OEM products
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Adhere to OEM guidelines and specifications during all maintenance and repair activities to ensure product integrity and safety
- Stay up-to-date with the latest OEM training, certifications and service bulletins
- Ensure all work areas are clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with advisors, explaining the nature of the issue, the work that needs to be done and the estimated time frames
- Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
