Experienced Automotive Technician Cedar Valley Tire & Auto | Garnett, KS Are you an experienced automotive technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time? At Cedar Valley Tire & Auto, we're looking for a dependable, skilled technician who enjoys diagnosing problems, producing quality work, and being part of a team that genuinely cares about its customers and employees. We're a locally owned, growing repair shop committed to investing in our equipment, our training, and our people. What We Offer $20.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience Monday through Friday schedule No weekends Paid holidays Paid vacation Ongoing training opportunities Modern diagnostic equipment and tools Clean, professional work environment Friendly, team-oriented culture Opportunity for advancement as we continue to grow What You'll Do Diagnose and repair a wide variety of domestic and import vehicles. Perform maintenance and repair services including brakes, steering and suspension, alignments, engine repair, cooling systems, electrical diagnostics, and drivability concerns. Complete digital vehicle inspections with photos and recommendations. Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail. Communicate with service advisors regarding repair recommendations and vehicle status. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop. What We're Looking For Previous experience as an automotive technician. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Valid driver's license. ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
