Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, construction equipment, and diesel engines
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with diesel engines and equipment
  • Use power tools and specialized equipment to assemble, disassemble, and repair diesel engines
  • Suspend and lift heave parts or equipment when necessary
  • Main accurate records of all repairs and services performed
SKILLS:
  • General knowledge of truck, trailer, and equipment repair and maintenance
  • Proficient in using power tools and specialized equipment
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with diesel engines
  • Experience working in a mechanic shop environment is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
