Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record High school diploma or equivalent required; additional automotive training or certifications are a plus Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a customer-facing role within a dealership or automotive service environment preferred Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, repair processes, and vehicle systems Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear, professional manner Proven ability to upsell recommended maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with dealership management systems (such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar) and basic computer skills Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, parts staff, and management
