Job Description

Mike Carpino Ford Lincoln is looking for a reliable, motivated Lube Technician to join our team! This is a great entry-level opportunity if you are looking to kick-start or grow your career in the automotive industry. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on mechanical skills, gain dealership experience, and learn automotive diagnostics in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. You will be responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance services, including, but not limited to, oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs, ensuring vehicles are safe and ready for the road. Responsibilities Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance Check and top off fluids (coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer, etc.) Assist with basic automotive repairs under supervision, including brake inspections and alignments Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to senior technicians or service advisors Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency during service procedures Assist service technicians as needed Provide friendly customer service Skills Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive repair experience is a plus (but not required—we'll train the right person!) Strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn automotive repair techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks in a timely manner Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment is a plus Attention to detail and reliability Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods Ability to work effectively within a team Requirements Valid Driver's License Benefits Paid training On-the-job training Tuition reimbursement Employee vehicle purchase plans Health Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) matching IRA matching Paid Holidays Pay $16 for the first 90 days with potential for pay increase after performance review Mike Carpino Ford Lincoln is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
