Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working both indoors and outdoors? As a Fleet Specialis t, you will play a key role in keeping our fleet rental-ready by ensuring vehicles are properly tracked, maintained, registered, and positioned where they are needed most.

Pay:
$15.50 per hour What You'll Do- Ensure vehicles are rental-ready through inspections, registrations, and status updates.
- Monitor vehicle inventory and resolve fleet status discrepancies.
- Organize and stage vehicles to support efficient operations.
- Track and review out-of-service vehicles and coordinate their return to service.
- Conduct vehicle inventories and maintain asset control records.
- Install and manage asset tags for incoming vehicles.
- Use handheld mobile devices to scan, track, and update vehicle information.
- Coordinate vehicle transportation and non-revenue fleet movements.
- Complete administrative tasks including data entry, email communication, report review, and work order management.
- Collaborate with operational and fleet management teams to maintain fleet availability. Work Environment
- Combination of office and outdoor work.
- Work directly with vehicles on the lot.
- Use handheld technology and mobile applications.
- Review reports and manage vehicle data.
- Participate in meetings and communications with team members. Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in automotive, fleet, transportation, logistics, or asset management environments.
- Previous car rental industry experience is a plus. Skills & Abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile applications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to navigate GPS and mapping applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Adaptable and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
