Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and knowledgeable Mechanic to join our team. This hybrid role combines customer service responsibilities with hands-on mechanical work. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with customers, writing service orders, and performing automotive repairs and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed service tickets and provide accurate estimates Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly Perform general automotive repairs and maintenance (tires, brakes, oil changes, diagnostics, etc.) Coordinate workflow between front office and shop technicians Maintain a clean and organized work environment Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a service writer, mechanic, or in automotive service Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes ASE certified preferred but not required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license
