Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Automotive Front End Mechanic to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Front End Mechanic, you will be instrumental in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining equipment to uphold safety standards while supporting our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform detailed inspections and diagnostics on front-end components. Conduct repairs on steering systems, suspension, shocks & struts, wheel alignments, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques as needed. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks such as tire service, brake repairs, lubrication, and fluid replacements to minimize downtime. Document all work performed accurately and communicate effectively with team members to coordinate repairs. Requirements Proven experience as a mechanic with experience preferred; strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair required. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex mechanical issues. Proficiency with automotive alignment equipment, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance apparatus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly report repairs or maintenance needs. Certifications related to automotive repair are a plus.
