Job Description
The Service Advisor is to execute every step of the JBC system accurately to ensure excellence in our guest experience. Service Advisors are the brand ambassador for the dealership and as such is the key to retention growth and high guest satisfaction and loyalty. The Service Advisor is responsible for the following: Adhering to the Service Advisor JBC Process 100% of the time. Providing a great guest experience Building long lasting guest relationships Greeting guests and scheduling service appointments as needed Communicating with guests regarding their needs. Handling guest complaints and maintaining high guest satisfaction standards. Listening to requests of the guest and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
