Job Description

  • is a full-service regional hub supporting customers throughout Louisiana, East Texas, and Mississippi with industry-leading parts, service, rentals, and fleet solutions. Our

  • features
  • 15+ service bays
  • and a large parts warehouse, specializing in the maintenance and repair of bucket trucks, digger derricks, cranes, service trucks, water and vacuum trucks, lowboys, forestry equipment, and other specialized utility and heavy-duty equipment serving the utility, telecom, construction, and infrastructure industries.
  • Join Our Team
  • We are seeking an experienced
  • Service Technician
  • to diagnose, maintain, and repair truck-mounted utility equipment and heavy-duty vehicles in our Alexandria shop.
  • Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday,
  • 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
  • , with overtime available as business needs require.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and operational issues.
+ Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and component replacements. + Service truck-mounted equipment including: + Bucket trucks + Boom trucks + Digger derricks + Cranes + Dump trucks + Service trucks + Forestry equipment + Water and vacuum trucks + Other specialized utility equipment + Troubleshoot truck chassis, diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and electronic diagnostics. + Operate and inspect equipment to identify defects and verify repairs. + Perform hydraulic hose assembly, replacement, and testing. + Conduct quality inspections and complete accurate repair documentation. + Submit repair orders and maintain service records. + Follow all company safety procedures and OEM specifications.
  • Qualifications
  • + Valid driver's license required.
+ High school diploma or equivalent. + Must provide your own basic mechanic hand tools. + Experience repairing diesel trucks, heavy equipment, utility equipment, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or hydraulic systems preferred. + Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills. + Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting abilities. + Dependable with excellent attendance. + Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and/or audiogram.
  • Working Conditions
  • + Shop and outdoor work environment. + Exposure to weather, noise, dust, fumes, and heavy equipment. + Regular schedule of Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.
  • Physical Requirements
  • + Lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. + Stand and walk on concrete for extended periods. + Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and crawl. + Work at heights when necessary. + Safely operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and diagnostic equipment.
