Overview:
$15 hourly plus 10% of your tickets. Weekly pay, hourly plus commissions, and paid Holidays We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tire and Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for vehicle maintenance. As a Tire and Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while performing essential oil changes and other vehicle maintenance tasks. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and have an interest in the automotive industry. Duties Perform oil changes and fluid checks on various types of vehicles. Conduct routine maintenance services, including tire repairs-replacement, rotations and air filter replacements. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle conditions. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Assist in sales of additional services or products related to vehicle maintenance. Stay updated on automotive service techniques and industry trends. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive service preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Previous experience in oil change services or tire service is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Basic understanding of automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A commitment to safety protocols and procedures within the workplace.
