What You'll Do Respond to emergency roadside calls (flat tires, jump starts, lockouts, fuel delivery, towing coordination, etc.) Provide mobile locksmith services for vehicles and commercial equipment Perform on-site commercial truck and heavy-duty vehicle repairs and diagnostics Work independently in the field, often at night or in challenging conditions Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, document work completed, and ensure safe, professional service Cover assigned shifts or on-call availability across nights, weekends, and holidays Who We're Looking For Experienced roadside assistance technicians, automotive locksmiths, diesel/commercial truck mechanics, or multi-skilled mobile service providers Comfortable and reliable working nights, overnights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license and clean (or acceptable) driving record Reliable personal vehicle or service vehicle capable of carrying tools and equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Professional, safety-conscious, and customer-focused Self-motivated individuals who prefer independent field work over a shop or desk Night owls, second- and third-shift veterans, and people who actually like working when most others are off are strongly encouraged to apply.
