Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Semi Trailer Mechanic and become a vital part of maintaining and repairing heavy-duty trailers and equipment. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, service, and repair semi-trailers, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Your expertise will keep our operations running smoothly, supporting logistics and transportation needs across various industries. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostics on semi-trailers, including brakes, suspensions, air systems, hydraulics, and electrical components Repair and replace damaged or worn parts using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques Conduct routine maintenance such as floor repairs, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement, and ect. Fabricate custom parts or modifications as needed to meet safety standards or operational requirements Document all repairs accurately in maintenance logs and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks Qualifications Proven experience working as a mechanic with a focus on semi-trailers or heavy duty trailers and epuipment. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment and fabrication techniques. Experience with vehicle maintenance including alignment, brake repair, shocks & struts replacement. seal and bearing replacement. Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques and safety protocols for working with large equipment Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients about repairs and maintenance needs Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting heavy parts and working in various environmental conditions Join us to leverage your mechanical expertise in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact operational success! Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
