Overview Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep vehicles running smoothly and customers happy, all while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment that values your skills and dedication. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on automotive electrical systems, powertrains, transmissions, and suspension components using advanced automotive diagnostics tools and schematics. Conduct repairs on vehicle transmission systems, powertrain components, and suspension systems to restore optimal vehicle operation. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately to troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to perform mechanical repairs, including welding when necessary for structural or component repairs. Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake replacements, tire rotations, and alignments to ensure safety and reliability. Repair ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) features by calibrating sensors and modules to meet manufacturer specifications. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly, offering auto estimating services, and ensuring transparency throughout the repair process. Experience Proven dealership or automotive service center experience with a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics. Hands-on experience working with GM vehicles or similar makes is highly desirable. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, schematics interpretation, and wiring diagram analysis. Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex mechanical issues related to transmissions, diesel engines, and vehicle suspension systems. Technical proficiency with power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software is essential. Service technician experience involving auto estimating processes enhances your ability to deliver efficient service solutions. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills ensures a positive experience for clients seeking reliable vehicle repairs.
