Job Description
Experienced Automotive Service Advisor - Full-Time | $80,000-$100,000+ Annual Earning Potential | No Weekends Compensation is based on experience and performance. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing, family-owned European repair shop. We're looking for a professional who can build customer trust, prepare accurate repair estimates, confidently present and sell recommended repairs, and communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and vendors. Automotive Service Advisor experience is required. European automotive experience is strongly preferred. What We Offer Health Insurance Dental Insurance Monday-Friday Schedule (No Weekends) Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Clean, Heated & Air-Conditioned Shop Family-Owned Business Team of highly skilled European technicians Responsibilities Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service Answer phones and schedule appointments Write repair orders and communicate with technicians Build accurate repair estimates Present and sell recommended repairs with confidence Coordinate parts throughout the day by receiving, verifying, and distributing parts to technicians Work closely with vendors to ensure accurate and timely parts ordering and delivery Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Maintain an organized and efficient front office Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience Proven ability to independently build repair estimates, prioritize workflow, and confidently sell automotive repairs European automotive experience is strongly preferred Experience with Tekmetric and ALLDATA Manage (or similar shop management software) is preferred.
