Job Description
High-Performing Automotive Service Advisor Wanted Full-Time
- No Weekends
- Monday-Friday Only
- A/C, Heat & Clean Office Space We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our busy, family-owned repair shop.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service Write repair orders and build repair estimates Present and sell recommended repairs Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Coordinate parts with technicians and vendors Help maintain an organized front officeWhat We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience Ability to independently build repair estimates and sell repairs Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's licenseWhat We Offer:
