Service Technician Qualifications As a VW Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our customers' vehicles.

Ideal candidates should possess:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Volkswagen or other European brands. Technical training (preferred). A strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment. Service Technician Responsibilities As a VW Service Technician, your responsibilities will include: Performing vehicle maintenance and repair tasks in accordance with Volkswagen standards. Diagnosing and repairing vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, and more . Communicating effectively with the Service Advisor and Parts Department to ensure timely completion of work. Staying current with the latest automotive technology and service methods. Ensuring the workspace is clean and organized, adhering to safety standards and practices.
