In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle leaves our service bay performing at its best, delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse vehicle systems, including powertrains, electrical systems, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately across various vehicle systems. Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles, including engine repairs, transmissions, diesel engines, and powertrain components. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical systems, ADAS features, and mechanical components effectively. Repair or replace mechanical parts using hand tools and power tools, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Perform wheel alignments, suspension checks, and steering repairs to optimize vehicle handling and safety. Conduct vehicle inspections to assess overall condition and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance services. Document all repair procedures thoroughly in accordance with dealership or service center standards for transparency and quality control. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair. Expertise in working with ADAS systems, electrical wiring diagrams, and schematics. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, diesel engines, and powertrains. Proficiency with automotive service equipment such as wheel alignment machines, welding tools, and diagnostic scanners. Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems and auto estimating software for accurate repair planning. Hands-on experience with GM vehicles or similar makes is preferred; experience with diesel engine repair is a plus. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs.
