Key Responsibilities:

Diagnostic and Repair:

Perform thorough diagnostics to identify issues and determine the most effective repair solutions. Conduct routine and complex automotive repairs, including engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems.

Maintenance Services:

Execute scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid replacements. Provide proactive recommendations for preventive maintenance to enhance vehicle performance and prevent future issues.

Technical Expertise:

Stay updated on industry trends, technical advancements, and vehicle manufacturer guidelines. Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and tools to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.

Quality Assurance:

Uphold high standards of workmanship and quality control to meet or exceed customer expectations. Conduct thorough post-repair inspections to ensure the reliability and safety of repaired vehicles.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repairs and maintenance requirements in a clear and understandable manner. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with fellow mechanics, service writers, and other team members to streamline workflow and ensure efficient service delivery. Share expertise and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and overall operations.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment. Ensure the proper disposal of hazardous materials and the use of personal protective equipment.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of services performed, including parts used, labor hours, and diagnostic findings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic. ASE certification or equivalent qualification is highly desirable. Proficient in diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
