CANDIDATES MUST BE BI-LINGUAL SPEAKING PORTUGUESE AND ENGLISH

Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Clearly communicate repair recommendations and explain necessary services Prepare detailed auto estimates, including labor, parts, and additional services Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work Manage cash handling transactions accurately and maintain detailed service writing records Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote automobile sales opportunities Proven dealership experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in auto service management Experience in auto estimating software and service writing processes Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication Familiarity with mechanic work or service technician experience is highly advantageous to better understand technical issues Knowledge of automotive repair standards and safety protocols is essential for success in this role
